The Ice-O-Matic's cabinet is only 20" high. The cuber head is an air-cooled unit, so it will require a minimum of 6" of air circulation clearance on the right side and the back for air intake and exhaust vents. The half cube ice produced by the Ice-O-Matic  measures 7/8" wide x 7/8" deep x 3/8" high. With its smaller size, half cube ice is suitable for dispensing applications, since it is less likely to jam the dispenser. The Ice-O-Matic  only requires a 115 volt electrical connection, a potable water line in, and a drain for purged, mineral-laden water at the end of each ice-making cycle, and is therefore easy to install. In addition, the Ice-O-Matic uses Harvest-Assist technology to increase the speed of ice removal from the evaporator surface, thus shortening each ice-making cycle and saving you time and electricity.
