Rayon neuro sponges are 100% non-woven cotton sponges with no binding agents. Strung on a count card. Sponges used to moisten or to absorb biological fluid during neurological surgery. They are X-Ray detectable. Fabricated with medical grade biodegradable rayon which absorbs 5 times its weight in less than a minute. They are less linting than comparable cotton products and do not lose integrity when wet.
